I have a 69 Road Runner I have been resoring. I noticed someone had put a non stock set of sun visors on the car. I purchased a set of reproduction visors from Classic Industries. Very nice visors! However, I now need to find a set of the rods/mounting brackets to mount the new visors. The ones on the car are not correct (to short). They are not long enough to utilize the end tips (also purchased from Classic Industries) as on the stock visors. I have not been able to locate reproductions of these rods. The correct rods would allow the visors to attach/clip to the center rear view mirror bracket with the end tips. Does anyone know who sells/produces these rods? Thank you for any suggestions.

If they do not need special ends to retain the tips, just extend them with the same size steel rod-welded.

They are short and they do not go all the way for the rubber tip. There are separate short rods that the tips attach to.

They look like this.
