Are B and E body bars the same ?

I m bumping this thread to as a really stupid question.
Over the year my satellite went through many owners and the front suspension has been replaced but I never noticed until last week that it doesn't have a front sway bar.
How bad is missing one? I drove it to cruise for the last 2 summers during weekend and never noticed any steering issues.

There should be no steering issues with or without a sway bar. They came on heavy duty suspension optioned cars or standard on most performance cars. Adding one makes you have less sway in corners and offers overall stability for aggressive driving habits.
