Why will this switch panel not come out? It's loose, but will not come out. All wiring is out, 4 screws are out. Can not pull the pad until the switches are out. What am I missing? This isn't repopped to my knowledge and I don't want to destroy it.

Guess that I spoke too soon. Google and read some more. Removed all of the switches, did a little more jiggling and it came out! I thought that it was plastic, but is actually pot metal. So now onto restoration of pad, parts, painting and the highlighting of lettering.
I think the dash pad shrinks a little with age and tightens its fit to the panel...
