Benno he wasn't a terrorist aligned with anyone....he was a NUT.

Was a asylum seeker in 96 from Iran .....has a history of being a pest.
Him & his girlfriend (on murder charges for killing his ex wife)(he an accessory) sent disgusting letters to the family of dead soldiers.
Was convicted (300 hours community service).
Spent 7 years in appeals using legal aid to try overturn this conviction.Exhausted last appeal last week in high court.
Also set himself up as healer,star reader ect.... 40 charges pending over sexual assault in this occupation .

Should have been in jail but very lax bail laws saw him loose on the street.
Tried to link himself to ISIS..demands were : a Isis flag..(lol) & talk to prime minister on public radio.....didn't happen!

Every Muslim group shunned him.He was looking for a cause...1 month ago he changed from Shia to Sunni or the other way around( one of these is Isis (I think) and they hate the other) so even they would be confused as to who he was .lol

Nutcase .....period.

I'm happy with the gun laws here...I have a gun (bolt action) no problem....but a lone wolf will always find a way to get a gun and do this.....if he was able to get a semi auto it could have been worse.

He shot & killed one guy who tried to get his shotgun , also the barrister lady who was shot died en route to the hospital.

Isolated incident but I do like the way people have showed respect for the dead.

I also agree " we are not scared"

I am saying he is a terrorist straight out as he performed terrorist act
round em all up and deport them just to be safe IMO

Sad really,
I feel for the people Down Under
RIP & to all those effected,
you have my deepest heartfelt condolences,
it goes out to all the families, friends & fellow citizens effected,
by this utterly despicable terrorist & hostage taking acts,
by a Muslim Extremist/code word for terrorist...

I read somewhere the day of or after the siege,
that he was actually on "a terrorist watch list",
but they figured he was a rouge extremist in hind sight...

really sad this crap is all over the world today
