What a worthless dumbass..............

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — In a reallife case of “Failure to Launch,” an upstate New York judge yesterday ordered a 30-year-old man to move out of his parents’ house after they went to court to have him ejected.

APPHOTOFAMILY FEUD: Michael Rotondo, left, sits during an eviction proceeding in Syracuse, N.Y., brought by his parents, Mark and Christina, of Camillus, conferring with their lawyer at right.

Michael Rotondo told the judge he knows his parents want him out of the split-level ranch they share. But he argued that as a family member, he’s entitled to six months more time.

State Supreme Court Justice Donald Greenwood rejected that as outrageous, the Post-Standard of Syracuse reported.

Rotondo told reporters he’ll appeal.

Mark and Christina Rotondo brought the court case after several eviction letters offering money and other help were ignored.

The parents didn’t answer a call seeking comment yesterday and their letters, filed in court, don’t give their reasons for wanting their son out of the house. They do tell him to get a job and move his broken-down Volkswagen Passat.

“Michael, here is $1,100 from us to you so you can find a place to stay,” a Feb. 18 letter starts. It goes on to suggest he sell his stereo, some tools and any weapons he may have to gain money and space.

“There are jobs available even for those with a poor work history like you,” the letter reads. “Get one — you have to work!”

It’s signed “Christina and Mark Rotondo.”

With reporters watching in court, Michael Rotondo sparred with Greenwood for 30 minutes, refusing the judge’s request he talk directly to his parents, who were sitting quietly nearby.

When Greenwood called Rotondo up to the bench, the longhaired and bearded son tried to bring the lectern with him — noting it held the reporters’ microphones.

He then called out for television camera crews to meet him outside the courthouse. There, he answered their questions, telling them he occupies a bedroom in his parents’ home, doesn’t speak to them and isn’t ready to leave home. He said he had a business but wouldn’t elaborate.

“My business is my business,” he said.

The judge instructed the parents’ lawyer to draft an eviction order. Attorney Anthony Adorante said it would give Rotondo reasonable time to vacate.

In the 2006 Matthew McConaughey romantic comedy, the grown son’s parents hire a woman to try to speed their son’s exit.

But...but...but.... So he's more motivated to appeal rather than get off his *** and get a job. What a fuckin sponge!

Im not completely sympathic to the parents, of course the 30 year old is a complete zero loser deadbeat, but this should have been resolved a long time ago. Did this idiot go to college? What has he been doing since he was 18? Did his folks teach him to earn some of his own money, i doubt it. Bad enough he wont move out, he expects his parents to support him. I will never forget the time i graduated HS back in 1970. I had lost my job pumping gas and so graduation night i went out with my buddies and got home in the wee hours of the mourning. What i didn't know is my father was off of work that day, so being the kind father he was he let me sleep in. He woke me at seven AM sharp and in my daze i still remember him asking me if i had a job yet.
This ingrate jerk would be so much better off if he had a father like mine. Oh and BTW this guy should wash that greasy hair and maybe get it cut. Dress him in some Navy bells and a tie dyed tee shirt he'd look like he was out of the late sixties!

Agreed. The parents developed this. At 19, I was married and busting my *** to survive. Had our own place. I know others who have their "kids" under roof. That's bullshit. There are exceptions. Temporary. It's not tougher today than it was then. Do without some stuff.

The parents taught him but be this lazy or at least allowed it. I'm not excusing the son, we are responsible for our own actions but this should have been addressed long before the age of 30! The primary job of a parent is to teach the child to be a responsible adult, apparently a lot out there don't understand that and here is the result

He should claim illegal immigrant status and collect the benefits. Or go commit NON armed robbery, go to prison for a little spell and get out to live high on the hog.

Saw this oon the news this morning, freaking crazy. I agree, the parents created his attitude and worthlessness .... sounds like another lazy but feels entitled piece of crap ...

The judge should have given him a choice, move out or join the military, what’s its gonna be Hippie?

We don't want him in the military! I say ship him over seas green peace or some church deal in a 3rd world country make him really earn his keep . And cut that nasty *** hair off !

Who’s the chicken **** that put a “X” on my post? Show yourself!!

Since his parents couldn’t instill any kind of work ethic, personal responsibility, perhaps the military can make a man out of him. If not, they’ll boot his ***!

The parents ought to just sell thr house and get an rv and see the world. That will make him move out regardless. I can understand moving in temporarily, but it's time to go. I know of a few others that need to go as well

There's no excuse for him staying home, except himself
