Happy Easter everyone
Any idea on a price? My latest update on the block. My engine guy was able yo speak with Bill..twice now since I made my post... Last Thursday he called him and he was told at least another 2 -3 weeks before we get it...Here is to hope it happens it's been a long road. On a side note still no contact from Bradshaw and I know this was talked about when the call was made to Bill...what was stated from Bill is ... Bradshaw needs to start responding and stop ignoring just because the blocks are behind in builds..Anyway the blocks will happen ...it's a waiting game
Curious about what your engine guy thinks about the quality of block and machining. My Latest Update..
I just got a call from my engine guy today.. my block is finished being machined and on its way from Indiana
Who did you place the order with? I can’t find anything about these blocks online.on its way from Indiana... I can update once he gets it in his hands.. its been a long haul.. been on order since Sept. 2017... Bill from Chicago Connection has been a big help once we contacted him
I will post what he thinks of the block once he has it in hand
Dick Bradshaw... back at it. The only thing I’d like to see as an option is screw in core plugs. My engine guy placed the order with Richard Bradshaw in Sept. 2017 the website is http://bulldogblockhead.com/ ... Bill from Chicago Connection as far as I'm concerned was a big help in getting this order completed with updated information on the process... as I stated in some of my earlier posts. Chicago Connection I would recommend getting in contact with.. this is just my recommendation ...
(AS I also started my engine guy does not have the block in hand but it is on its way in shipping and I will post what he thinks of the block once he has it in hand)
Do you remember the old Bulldog head disaster? I hope this goes better....My latest update on the block. My engine guy was able yo speak with Bill..twice now since I made my post... It’ll work fine. There’s aluminum wedge and hemi blocks on ebay right now.If ya'll covered this, I apologize. What about an aluminum block, but specifically how do you think that would work for 2-3 hour drives at 2,700-2,800 RPMs highway, stop and go traffic for miles and miles, and occasional RIPS down the 1320?
And who offers them?
Move over and pass the popcorn!
Looks nice, what does your shop think about the quality?A couple of pics of the block.. there is also some weight to it also around 300 LBS. A high content of nickel View attachment 608824 View attachment 608825
It's the same block ... you just need to specify Hemi or Wedge bolt pattern
This is the same block.. http://www.hotrod.com/articles/incredible-new-block-can-make-hemi-wedge/
