did you move to Oakville/Etobicoke that seems like a crazy number to me! although I do know someone in Kirkland lake paying 10K for a 2500sq. ft. house in town which I assume is due to infastructure cost and lack of pop. to support it!
I'm around 6.5K seems like a lot for 50 bags garbage and recycle pickup! Oh, they did run a bagged out sweeper down the peninsula this week pushing the sand to the walking area of the road!
