Yeah, it is a heavy one to think of.
I've wondered which is worse....to be the first to go or the last. The last guy does live the longest but sees everyone he ever knew to fade away. This leaves him with nobody to share his memories.

Moms getting to that point. She (88 this year) is starting the "I'm tired of losing my friends" mantra. I just tell her it's what she gets for being so damned healthy (and ornery)! She laughs, and we move on...
