Just wondering what the term V code means or represents? thanks in advance.

It was the engine code (5th digit in the VIN) for 440-6 in 1970-71.

V is the 5th digit of the vin on a 440 6 pack car. So when you see someone refer to a car as a v code they are talking about a 440 six pack car
