Former coach, substitute teacher arrested on child seduction charges
A Bloomfield woman who worked at two Greene County schools is facing two felony child seduction charges.
Morgan Judy, 23, is facing Level 5 felony child seduction and Level 6 felony child seduction. She served as the Bloomfield Cheerleading Coach and as a full-time substitute at Linton-Stockton High School. Judy was booked into Greene County Jail at 4:56 p.m. on a $14,000 bond with 10 percent and has bonded out.
According to a probable cause affidvait filed in Greene Circuit Court by Indiana State Police Detective Brad Stille, the charges stem from an incident in early May.
The probable cause states ISP was contacted by Bloomfield School after learning Judy was allegedly sexually involved with a student.
The student reportedly told Stille in an interview that Judy invited the student to a party through the social networking site Twitter.
“(Student) advised while at the party, (student) and Morgan Judy kissed, but did not have sex,” Stille wrote.
Judy was also interviewed and told the detective she was intoxicated at the party, and denied kissing or any sexual relations with the student.
“Later, Morgan was confronted about (student) admitting to kissing, Morgan replied that she didn’t remember due to the alcohol, but would have remembered if she and (student) had sex. Morgan said she probably did invite (student) to the party,” Stille wrote in the probable cause.
In a follow-up interview after a search warrant was obtained on Judy and the student’s cell phone, Still asked if the student was being honest. The student allegedly stated they did more than kiss.
Judy later admitted to kissing the student in another interview, but denied other allegations.
“Morgan advised that she deleted the communication between (student) off of her phone because ‘it would look bad,’” Stille wrote.
In a June interview, the student reportedly provided more details about the incident and showed messages between Judy and the student which were backed up on a computer where she reportedly told the students not to tell anyone the “hickies” were from her and that she had “huge hickies” on her neck.
She also reportedly told the student to delete the messages and to deny anything happened and to tell others she was “incoherent and couldn’t even speak a straight sentence lol.”
“Morgan told (student) to delete the text messages and the Twitter messages, her contact number from (student’s) cell phone and to stop texting her,” Stille wrote.
