"It's beautiful...!"
I was in the military and well, that was almost 50 years ago.....but APO is 'army post office' but is also used with the AF (Air Force) and PDS is 'permanent duty station'. Not sure if you use APO addresses state side (don't remember having to) but once I went over seas, my address was APO New York and used with additional info of course.Basic Training.
Advanced Instructional Training.
Military Occupational Specialty.
APO...?
PDS ??
I'm lost on the rest. I did have a 3 1/2 month stint in the Army in 1984 but was discharged due to having a slight hearing disability.
I don't mind letters or acronyms while speaking, it is the lazy shortcuts people do for email, texts and online forums...
09109 sticks in my mind.....but not sure of that anymore. Hahn AFB in West Germany which isn't an air base anymore. At least not for the USAF.i still rmember my Apo from West Gernmany...APO 09757
I also go on Faceless Book since most of my family, friends from school and even many of my co-workers are on there and there's even a few that I got to know from other Mopar sites from years past plus drag racing buddies on my friend's list. FB and here and sometimes I'm on FABO too.....also a member on the pickup truck forum, FEBO, FCBO. Dayam......I have no life! lolThis place is the only social media I have, and choose to have, it relaxes me, answers tech questions, and allows for conversing with friends I’ve never met
EDIT: 09757...i still rmember my Apo from West Gernmany...APO 09057
