When they did my charger the young man spent all day on it.
The day before when I dropped it off I lowered the panel into the trunk. I told them he could lay on his back to work on the rear window. Otherwise you've got to be a contortionist.

It is a lot harder than it looks! I tried doing my curved back window myself and wound up taking it to a pro. Managed to skate by on the flat glass tho.
