I had to take my wife Lauren to the ER last night, pains so bad in her stomach I had to carry her into the car. CT scan shows free liquid sitting in her stomach. Which the dr said it is usually caused by some sort of cancer (ovarian, kidney etc) but won’t know for sure until we get the stomach biopsy done tomorrow. If you have a chance to include us in your prayers we would be forever grateful.

Ascites! That’s it I couldn’t think of it. They rattled off 4-5 different forms of cancer and heart or liver disease as the main causes

ER sent her home after 4 hours. Up all night in pain called our primary dr this morning they said she should have never been released.

Agreed...if the fluid was causing that much pain and discomfort it should have been, "tapped", called a paracentesis....

I’ve never seen her in so much pain, couldn’t eat or drink. Vomiting, couldn’t walk she was so weak. Curled up in a ball on our bed crying, that’s when I put her in the car and took her.
