I'm looking for some big items; a 69 HP 440, and full AMD qtrs, prefer two sets for each of my cars; GTX and Satellite.

What I'm offering is a comp Media Blast of your complete car and doors, fenders, hood, deck lid and put in self etch primer THEN Epoxy Primer in either Black, Gray or White color.

What I'm willing to deal on: If you have just one set of qtrs and/or a 'tired' 440 that's not a HP engine. I'm willing to work here on a deal, because I want/need this stuff and I never seem to have the $$ to just plop down on this stuff...so, perhaps we can work out a 'deal' and trade etc. I know, I'm in Texas, but, perhaps a road-trip is in order? Drive your truck and trailer with car here, park it at my shop out back, you fly back home, come back in 10 days and drive home? Its a doable deal...ideas? Takers??????? This offer is likely to be open and on the table for a while....

I always seem to find other uses for money that should go to a 440, qtrs, etc., and figured that someone out there may be an AMD dealer, or, have a 440 that they would part with for getting their body in great shape...you never know!

My 66 Belvedere is in pretty decent shape and is all apart except for the rear window and windshield. It's so far apart that it's not even a roller! The only thing that's still in the car besides the glass is the dash board with wiring. But the 440 I have is fresh std bore long block.....and I'm not that far from you. Depending where in SA you are, I'm about 220 miles.

...and I must ad, need not be a 440, would LIKE it to for the GTX, but, I could move my 70 HP 440 to the GTX when ready, and would still like a nice Generation 3 Hemi for the Satellite in this swap, I like to be flexible on this idea, humm.....

Take a look on craigslist locally there or even farther out for that gen 3 hemi. I have seen some rebuildable for $500 recently. (there is one here near chicago for 500 right now but I haven't looked at it)

If you do your diligence you can find one pretty cheap...i picked mine up off CR for $600 with 60k not needing a rebuild. I know most guys don't post what they paid for theirs but I would rather people know you can do this without selling your soul.

I also have a neighbor with a winnebago with a 440 in it I am sure he'd sell if you want me to inquire.

Thanks for the words kb67mopar, but, not selling my soul, just tossed that idea out there, someone has a built 440 (used non rebuilt ones) are 300-700 bucks, and or someone has (or will have/buy) full quarter panels. Not doing it for money, just a swap.

Thanks daredevil and doninpagosa for those possibilities, I may have a situation with Cranky on the engine side of the deal. What's next is quarters; heck I even offered a local mopar shop me blasting his Charger (it needs it) for qtrs, he didn't take me up on it...I even told him no hurry, take a month or two if needed to source them. Oh well...offer still out there, don't we have a few AMD dealers on here?
