Time for a show lets see the 71-74's

Welcome back. Don’t know everything about the 71’s. I see some with the dual engine size callouts. That’s always seemed odd to me.
Got a sweet car there sir.
Thank you....I BELIEVE that the fender callouts were added by someone previous to me getting the car. I am going to try to make it similar to one that I had years ago, Hemi suspension, big drums, air grabber, etc.....I love my 71 B bodies....I also have a 71 GTX that is in the midst of being fixed. Both cars came out of Fairbanks Alaska area. The state didnt use salt on the roads up there so there is no rot from salt...

We have our 71 that’s just a few points from stock. Someone added the front spoilers and the machine gun tips. We added the modern ac to replace the big original compressor. I want to finish getting this one perfect as we can and find another to hot rod.

You never know what might be hiding out in your neighborhood!
I was at a car party over the weekend in a nearby town, actually the town I grew up in. A V code '71 Roadrunner showed up I'd never seen before. A crowd of us Mopar guys surrounded the car and started asking the owner questions as soon as he parked and shut down, and I don't fully recall his answer when someone asked him how long he has had it, but he said he got it when he was 18 and I believe he said he bought it new, if not new, not long after new.
He had it repainted the original GA4 in 1975 and it had some period correct customizations like headers and Cragar mags. It had L60x15 Polyglas tires on the rear, which I don't think have been repo'd and probably haven't been made since the mid 70s, which would be almost 50 years old.
It had a village license sticker in the windshield from the town just northwest of my hometown, from the mid 70s. I got my license and my first Challenger in the late 70s and I never saw or heard about this car when I was running around the area then.

Super nice. She low in the front. I like it.
Just rebuilt my front suspension. It’s about that low. Thinking of leaving it if they can align it where it is.
Thanks man! She's actually pretty low all around, but has a nice matching stance. I'm gonna make sure the one I'm about to start building has a little better ground clearance.

I also see yours has polished trim rings. Mine had the brushed ones when we bought it. I thinking yours are correct and mine are wrong. See them both ways thou. Really like the polished ones.
I most definitely prefer the polished ones too.

Mines a couple up the page from your post. Looks like a 4x4 compared to yours. Lol

Man you got all the cool stuff. Air grabber is on my list.
This one is going to be the car I wish I could buy new today. It was born a Satellite, but it's going to have a 392, air grabber, A/C ...... just gonna take a couple more years! :)

Well- Here is one that will be for sale shortly. This is not a ad. All matching. Every scrap of paper from broadcast to me. Just finishing making it beautiful. Car is awesome! And I don't use that term often.
