Winter is the wrong time to sell a car if that's what you end up having to do.
That's all I have for now.
That's all I have for now.
Park it, cover it.. let it sit as long as it takes til you are up for it. Think of the odds that you will EVER get a 440-6 roadrunner again without selling a lung and a kid.... if you don't need the money and it's not in the way.. let it sit.
I’ve had some of my cars for over 45 years some times I don’t work on them for years take some time off and decide later. I have way too cars and projects. I’ve told my wife I have enough projects to last me 20 years after I die. To me my cars are a big part of who I am and the friends I enjoy. Dealing on 2 more to add to the collection currently.
That's right! My 67 R/T was parked in the garage and covered since about 1995 until 3 summers ago. I've been slowly refreshing it, brakes, suspension, cooling, and fuel system. Just this summer I got it started again. Now it's a weekly few hours to start it, tinker with the carb, timing, etc., back it out of the garage, then drive it back in. At 65 I feel like the 24 y.o. I was when I bought it.Park it, cover it.. let it sit as long as it takes til you are up for it. True words. Perfection is the enemy of good enoughScrew it together and drive it. It will change your whole perspective. It will never be done, it will never be perfect, there is never enough time, so just make it drive, and do just that drive it.
Or your rust bucket on the road 340 A body beats my RR RB on jack stands in the garage for years missing a quarter panel?True words. Perfection is the enemy of good enough
Close, I'll hopefully get a drivetrain in my 68 monaco 500 4404spd and drive it , before you get your quarter panel on??Or your rust bucket on the road 340 A body beats my RR RB on jack stands in the garage for years missing a quarter panel?
My Charger is 3 different shades of orange. Would love to make it at least down to 2 shades and remove the self tappers holding the bottom of the drivers 1/4 together. Car is too much fun to drive and 2 others have no drive line or broken drive line.True words. Perfection is the enemy of good enough
You have a killer setup in that RR, you will find motivation and it will be a blast.. And someone posted above.. It doesn't look far off from putting together unless you are gonna go for a show car finish. I prefer a (damn... got a paint chip.. oh well) finish.. hate worrying bout a car more than driving it.The car that’s gives me my temporary fix
