I'am working on a 67 belvedere the inside is fresh bright blue, everything been replaced the headliner, dash been repainted bright blue, new steering wheel color match blue door panels etc. I want to paint the outside silver and make it look like the silver bullet the wheels, tires, hemi scoop, everything. but I'am trying to picture in my head if a silver car will look good with a blue interior or will I have to change it over to black just trying to get some different opinons on this so I wont make a mistake that will force me to change it out later when I could do it now before the car gets painted. Thanks James

You could always get a paint swab of the silver you want to go with, bring it home and compare it with the interior? Maybe surf online or in a magazine and see if you can find a similar car with that similar color combo? Just a couple ideas....

Good luck!

How Bright?
My ford truck I had when I was a younger had dark blue (Navy) interior and it was silver.

The interior would be like a b-5 blue but now Iam still thinking about maybe I should leave the b-5 blue outside or silver then do the inside blue with white door panels white seats.

I just hate to think redoing the inside again the headliner and dash and steering wheel are all brand new, and blue.

theres always moondust silver with a hint of blue in its mettallic

theres a cool idea kinda like a silver with blue pearl in it that would look sweet!! That way the blue and white interior would go perfectly I wouldnt have to change it out!! I gotta say when mopar guys put there heads together we can come up with some cool ideas!! Thanks daredevil!

Technology is GREAT ! ,.....Get some various pictures of a 67 Bel. , ....I'm talking about pictures that show the exterior color and the interior color in the same shot , ..Any color combination will do,........... now photoshop the pictures to change the inside and outside colors to match just as close as you can. ........now, you can either admire your choice in colors and GO FOR IT ! , or decide the color you want to change to and be glad you didn't have to find out your idea stank the hard way.

Silver and blue is cool. Slap a Dallas Cowboys sticker on it, and people will go WILD lol

I was thinking today of doing the car moondust silver with hint of blue in the metal flake just like what daredevil had said earlier but insted of doing the white and blue interior doing the interior two tone blue, cause the more I got to looking at the blue and white it seemed that the white was throwing the whole package off but buy doing it a two tone blue the whole thing seem to come together alot easier to look at and say "How sweet it is"! So untill I see something that totaly blows my socks off I'am going to go with this set up.
