Tom Morello (rage against the machine) would be one of my picks. He does some unreal stuff with that instrument.
Popa Chubby - great guy, great musician. I've worked with him, Mike Zito, Selwyn Birchwood, Toronzo Cannon, Albert Castiglia, Tyrone Vaughn...there's so many great guitarists out there, right now. If you have a local music venue, check some of these guys out. They're well worth a ticket.
