I have a particular set of skillsYes I did. And he said it^^^. The suspension must be at full drop with the bumper removed, although you may be able to get it, but it's easier to unbolt the bumper.

I took the below pic with the car on a jack but when the car has the weight on it the piece that the adjustment nut pushes on hits the groove above it. That can’t be good.I’m gonna go out to shop here in a few and will check and follow up.

Correct and you’ll notice you don’t see the screw head at all below the control because it’s screwed in so much.
Left is generally the drivers side.

Dammit - too little coffee strikes again. Yes, driver side is Left. Pass side is right. At least I got it right in the rest of the post. Will correct above.

Yep will definitely check it out tomorrow. Appreciate the info.Take a good look and your lower control arm bushings. Worn out bushings can cause a lot of misalignment. See if they look like this one...

Also look at the condition of the cross member sockets.
I have an extra set that I pulled off another charger. I need to verify the numbers on them though.Sounds like the bars are soft
So with the adjuster bolt being flush with the lower control arm were you not hitting the frame with the upper part of the LCA asjuster (can’t remember name)?Had my 72 Roadrunner weighed last week 169 lbs heavier on the LF axle than the right Hemi 6.4 must be due to the brakes, steering, steering box etc being located on the LHS see weighbridge slip may explain the Left requiring more tension on the adjuster bolt . I fitted PST 1.03 but had to adjust bolts flush with the LCA to get any height Elko performance said he had 4 sets of PST 1.03 in a row the were soft cost him a lot of money PST kept telling him he must be fitting them wrong ,I have a set of Hotchkiss 1.10 coming today i will see how they compare.

The car is still going through licencing so i havent driven on any bumpy road but yes it is quite possible they would have .So with the adjuster bolt being flush with the lower control arm were you not hitting the frame with the upper part of the LCA asjuster (can’t remember name)?
So for the LCA do most people buy a rebuild kit or something? Not seeming to find a whole lot of new LCA for sale so I’m assuming that is the route to go?You need to remember, or know, torsion bars/springs/connecting rods/many other car parts etc don't last forever. They do lose the load/work capacity over time. Just like us humans. We are not as strong, last as long etc as we used to be when we were young and studly. Therefore, replace the items in question.
Yes, you can get a pair of LCA bushings from anywhere including your local auto parts store. This happened to my Charger last year and had to replace them, PITA job. I would recommend poly bushings as they last longer. So unless I’m missing something I am not seeing new replacement LCA for sale so I’m assuming most buy a rebuild kit?
