Track Time

Headed to the track tomorrow and get some final passes in before the weather changes. Suoposed to be in the high 50s,I 'm all loaded and ready to roll.Tomorrow is the marathon and that will phuck up traffic...............So we're leaving at 5:30,,,,gates open at 8am.

So what happened? I was at Island- what a mess- crashes, no track prep past 60 ft. Got some data but basically a waste

You're being kinda quiet...

No,not yet. Untill I like the data collected , turning up the wick is stupit.
That would be like setting your timing to 70. This was my 1st chance at running the 1/4 mile this year. I will say it went 9.6 on pump gas.That's the street tune. When I leaked it down last week it was 18%.Not too bad for 5 years and well over 10k miles

Always a great time at the track with friends. It's always an adventure getting from Long Island through NYC to New Jersey to get to a track.

I only made 2 passes,engine is very ready to be freshened.Am thrilled with what it did for 5 years and all that cruising.It's very entertaining to watch other peoples reaction on the highway especially in bumper to bumper traffic.

The density altitude was -138 feet at Etown on Sunday.
So that's a 9.90+ at Lebanon Valley.
