Looking for input on trans cooler mounting for 68 Charger. Using a big B & M unit and plan to put in front of the radiator. Rad is 26 inch replacing stock 22 inch. It’s new from Glen Ray with no provision for trans cooling. Some airflow on new rad will be restricted, about an inch on each side. This is what I’m looking at right now. In these pics I have one-inch spacers between rad support, could easily go more or less. Putting the cooler here gives me plenty of space to mount hard lines to trans. I like this area because I can use existing holes in the structure for mounting hardware. I’ll fabricate the rest. Do you think this setup will be effective for cooling trans and engine? This cooler is taking a lot of space in front of rad. Engine is 511 stroker. Pics of how you mounted your cooler would be appreciated. Your thoughts?

Looks good to me. Not blocking too much air flow for the rad itself.
