Hey guys

Finally am getting close to painting. My painter asked me a question that I want to ask all of you. "Where will the paint transition lines between exterior blue and interior black for the inside of the doors?" I know from the factory the cars were painted all one color, but my painter used black on the interior to save money on paint costs.
I appreciate the help and will post update photos tomorrow. I'm getting excited! Erik

The transition line is center of the holes where the door gasket attaches

Yup the gasket is the magic spot and your statement of all one color from the factory is wrong.

Sorry, I thought they were painted top and bottom, engine bay and trunk the same color.

The inside of the doors and the dash were not always body color.Trunk, underhood yes.
