I have my 727 transmission out of my 69 roadrunner and figured I probably should replace the mount, does anyone make a good quality one? Engine has one Moroso solid on drivers side and rubber on passenger side. Was looking at the one pictured anybody run this one or know the height of it?

I don’t, but most Energy Suspension stuff I’ve used didn’t fit very well & I had to modify something to use them. Maybe give Energy Suspension a call?

I ran it behind a stock 318.
The height is 3.3 inch.
Would not recommend.

Mancini sells a poly one that looks more like stock one but it’s $134, really not many choices on rubber ones

I got a stock replacement trans mount from Mancini, it fit perfectly and IIRC it wasn’t terribly expensive…

Rock Auto has one. $65

Did it break the flat plate that mounts to transmission off?
It broke the plate that is embedded in the polyurethane.
Heard a ticking noise every now and then, couldn't figure out what it was, was 800 miles from home when it happened, drove it home like that.
I carry a spare rubber mount on longer trips now.

I’d trade the solid mount for an oe and get the torque strut.
You can get motor mounts with interlock plates within the rubber that limit the amount the engine can twist. They look stock, and you only need one for the driver side. This cured the problem of broken mounts on my 440, 4-speed '67 Coronet wagon. This way you do not need a torque strap or chain.
