...and just to the west of where I live. That means high water pushed into the lake, then my yard.
I'm moving my Roadrunner tomorrow about 20 minutes away, where flooding is not a problem.
I have to do what I can here to move stuff at ground level in the yard and detached garage.
The house is about 5 feet up, so that should be ok. I have the "vacation house" about 85% complete 2½ blocks off the beach in the westernmost part of Mississippi that I have to make ready too.
I'm not sure how bad this is going to be, but I am more concerned than I have been in 8 years.
I'm on a bayou, no levee protection, off the big lake north of New Orleans.
