Split the trunk pan in 1/2 and got it in. Fits rather well! Now to spray white underneath to get the outline of the rails so I can drill my spot weld holes.

Think it was the same guy that "repaired" the wheelwell cap on my vert. It's amazing what you find on these cars.

Finished drilling my spot weld holes for the other side. Got both pieces clamped together and I'll burn them back together in the morning.

Managed to get 3/4 of the halves welded together today.

Finished plug welding and started smoothing out the welds.

Trunk pan is Done! Now onto the drop offs.

Got the AMD trunk drop off (drivers side) tacked in today. Not sure what's going on over at AMD, but they need to get their **** together! It took me over 4 hours to get it fit "properly"!

Driver Side drop off is burned in, along with most of the finish panel. I'll start the pass side drop off tomorrow. I'm trying to save the paint as my uncle isn't ready to repaint the car right now.

Dam I've always had air shocks on my 68 charger and no clue as to what was being done to the car.

Finally finished! Well, I have 6 more spot welds to do, so I'll call done. Next is to weld back in the j hook brackets, spare tire bracket and trunk latch support....easy stuff. Then under coat the new pan and drop offs. I've been keeping track of my hours and will post how much time it took me to do this.

Almost forgot that a small patch panel on the inner tub has to be made.

It's all done except the seam sealer.
