TTI headers don’t fit a low deck A body worth a ****, 800 bucks just circled the drain.

Just don't use the cheap hardware and gaskets you'll get with them. I couldn't believe they send such cheap crap with a 1000 dollar header. I went with remflex gaskets and stainless hardware. Header gasket blew out and cooked the nice polished coating to a full grey in a small area... kinda pissy about that!

How long did the gaskets last?

Had to heat the tubes and use a large socket to dimple them in order to clear the pitman arm, steering box and steering column. TTI says they clear with power steering, well in my case, not so much. I’ve tried talking to them at shows, but it’s always “this is the first we’ve heard of this”! They don’t listen, even on FABO, guys have had issues, but they are the best fitting header for the majority of Mopars.

The gaskets lasted about 5 miles and blew out. My remflex gaskets have been on for nearly a year now with no issues. 2 years on the previous set before buying the tti headers

I always hear about how great they are, how they're the best but you guys are talking about dinging them?? I've got Hooked Super Comps on a car with power steering and not one ding or dent was necessary. For that kind of money they better practically bolt themselves on the car with zero mods!

Mine do fit good, couldn't hardly change spark plugs with my old hookers. The tti's look great fit good and are big enough for my application, 2 1/8" step. For me, a smaller inferior header wasn't an option

My TTI headers fit perfect and I did not have to ding a thing. And they have nice thick flanges that don't warp. In the 6 years they been on my 63 I have never blown a header gasket and still have the same ones on it. I believe that the reason "5.7 hemi" had to ding his tubes is because they must have been the wrong headers as they make separate headers for R and R/B raised block engines. If you use the wrong ones like a R/B headers on a B lowblock they usually wont fit just right because its not the right header for that application. And its easy to get the wrong ones and not know it as they will be close in fit but not perfect if not the right ones. But on some models you may get away with it. They are without question the best headers I have ever used and I have had hotrod Mopars since the mid 70's. And my plugs are so easy to get to. Ron

Hummmm, my tti header gaskets have been on for 2 years and about, roughly, 6-8 thousand miles. Even took the headers off and reused the gaskets.

I've had the best luck with Remflex gaskets on my stuff.
