TTI headers with TTI Exhaust System

Must have been a bad day at TTI as both my front down pipes hit the torsion bars stock manifolds and had to do plenty tweeking to get it to fit right and for what it cost it should fit perfect Not real happy Mechanic for a liveing so not my first exhaust and all mounts are new .Headers next time and build my own system like i always have

Did you check that your motor mounts were in good shape? TTI lists the measurements for that somewhere.

Hey Bob, what engine, and manifolds are you running in the Belvedere ? I haven't seen it since you finished it ?

I too have had some fitment issues. Human error during manufacturing. Mostly jigs not checked for accuracy .
But when I called, then send them a few photos, new parts were sent right away.

Motor mounts are critical..
Many of the after-market mounts are way out of spec and poor quality especially some sourced from China.
Note frequently the source will argue the point but when comparing to the quality of the OE mounts the differences and faults are very apparent..

Used the best mounts Schumacher front and mancini poly rear Went with factory 65 BB duel exhaust manifolds still trying to find a trans dipstick that does not hit the manifold they all hit where the manifold turns down rebent one not pretty but works and for Vandan it runs and drives nice no more show cars for me can take it to the store and not worry about it will repaint it back to original color maybe
