1 a.m. here. Just woke up, suddenly wide awake.
My gf life cycle and mine are completely opposite, she's early to bed early to rise, me not so much, but both of us get dictated by the dogs schedule sometimes.
I joke that my dogs must drink Dr. Pepper, they have to go at 10, 2, and 4 (am)
Most don't remember the old slogan.

I've been up since 3:45 am today hacking away from a cold that Submit caught from the grandkids and gave to me.

Bed by 11pm usually, up by 1am typically...been regressing from the former 3am days.
Part and parcel of this particular chassis' "accelerated aging", I'm told.
Good? Bad?

Been getting up early since I started my work career back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Retirement, no difference.
Besides, the dogs clock says it's time at 4am.

I’m usually in the rack pretty early, most of the time around 930-1000. But not unusual for me to wake up 2 am. Once I do, I’m hosed. No going back to sleep for me! Makes for a long day!

This morning I slept in! Got outta bed at 3:45!

Seems to be a trend , I worked at the mill and was up by 3am in bed by 9... I’ve been gone for two years and I rarely can beat the habit or body clock.

Worked the same schedule on the truck, and my internal clock is still stuck in it over a year into retirement.

slept in today usually up at 5, I wake up sometimes after a few hours of sleep, mind is racing, usually get up and work on projects in the shop or paperwork once the switch is turned on its game on no chance on going back to sleep

It is tough. A tiny wiggle with your phone on earth is a hundred or more mile blur on the moon surface.

I got 7 hours..... usually not enough; but yesterday I crashed for over 3 hours from 5pm to just after 8

I then slammed 3 cups of coffee and did 6 hours in the shop

I have a couple things I need to get into primer before I sleep tonight, or I get setback another day

pretty sure I'm a little bi-polar or something......... I really don't have much use for a clock
