Upper control arm cam adjustment.

If all was OK before...
I'd take a GOOD look at the lower control arm bushings..
If they're old and shitty there is a possibility they got kerfuckled in there when doing the work.
I have seen this exact thing before.

Thanks! I’ll check them tomorrow. I watched that old video from 1960, and it said not to check the ball joints for looseness when hanging in air. The old time mechanic I had inspect my wagon checked them that way. I put new ones in that, and didn’t change anything. It was the same as before. I don’t know why this changed so much.

First off, the ride height should be set where you want it to be. Yeah, there is a factory spec but I disregard that for my stuff. Positive camber makes for a poor handling car compared to one with small amounts of negative camber.
When I assemble a front end, I always set the alignment cams the same way. The front cam is adjusted so the eccentric bolt is out toward the fender and the rear is turned in toward the engine. I let the alignment guy take it from there.
With many of my cars, just that ….along with adjusting the toe in or out is good enough to drive. My Jigsaw Charger has not been professionally aligned but has been adjusted this way. It tracks straight and the tires don't squeal.

Thanks! I’m going to try and get it good enough myself. None of the shops around me will even work on a car older than 1985. I just drive it around town, and I’m 5 minutes away from work. It doesn’t see above 45 MPH much.
