That was great. I'm very grateful that I got to watch drag racing through that era. So many neat cars.

That is a cool video, I was about 3 mo. old and dad just bought a brand new 65 belvedere II 383 4-spd. back then. I've been hooked ever since.

I was probably there, I was only 6 so I don't remember allot about the early years, I did love the Fuel Altereds, latter built a copy of the "Nanook of the North" car for myself, see avatar that's the real one... I'm pretty sure that was the 1st year my step dad Bob a Stock Eliminator racer back in the day, took me with him racing all over Cali. from 1965-1975, it's like a walk down memory lane... Thanks
