Were can a guy get the right rivets to install a VIN tag on a dash for 1970 plymouth b body.

I seen a person selling them out at the spring fling this last weekend for $20.00 and I thought to my self there is what you need to get to swap vin tags from one body to another not at all saying that is what you are doing. Just my thoughts. Also to give you an idea on the price for them.
