What are these two connections?

Found blk w/white wire connector behind dash not connected to anything. Switched power.
Also found this bulb. Ash tray light?

The blk/white wire is not original.
Thinking it was for a previous radio pwr supply.

Orange wire on bracket looks like ash tray receiver light.

Orange is always auxiliary lighting under dash.
