what diam. pipes and what cans to buy for a 440 install

time to get the exhaust system together for the 440 install. have schumackers headers and a set of doug's cut outs (2 1/2") with y pipes. On the car have a dual system 2 1/4" with manual cutouts smitties glass packs, no mufflers(ok with the 318 off stock manafolds/not too loud).

want to add a h pipe and some mufflers as i leave for work 5:30am...

purple cam, performer dual plane, eddie 750 cfm, stock covertor.

So ? is: save the $$$ and keep the 2 1/4" pipes just add electric cutouts and some mufflers and a h pipe
or go all new at 2 1/2" and scrap/sell/trade the old system.

like the sound of both but have only heard them on 390 fe's.

I have a 3" TTI system with noisemasters and my 440 seems to like it. I only have it because I don't drive the car everyday, and the muffs I had lying around so I stuck them in.
