I run one of those on my street car. Works very well. so far it and the 8 3/4 have survived numerous passes with slicks, 11.0@3890lbs. That being said my sons Turbo car with a brake and my wife's mid 12 second Challenger 4 speed made quick work of 8 3/4's. I'm sure the yoke will out last the gear.
