What does "BUMP" mean?

What does BUMP mean when written in the forums? I've never seen it used anywhere else????

You obviously are not a forum oldie. Bump is a VERY common term used to denote that a thread has been renewed and moved to the top of the list. This has been going on for decades. Where have you been?
