Tubular K Frame & Tubular upper & lower control arms & coil overs here so I can run my 10 quart flat bottom oil pan. No more torsion bars either.

I see no reason to deviate from a well thought out, stock based setup. There are headers made for these cars with the torsion bar setup. The guys that replace the stock stuff with a $4000 aftermarket setup to have better header clearance are delusional. An $800 set of headers CLEARS the stock chassis.

Stock torsion bars. Unless you are planning to run road courses, that's a lot of money to convert everything over, I would rather spend my money somewhere else but that's just me.

Definitely not running roadcourses my car isn’t built to go around corners lol

Not worried about header clearance at all was interested in tuning the front suspension more my car is back halfed and and im still running the stock kmember and suspension the previous owner welded the old school chains to the a arms for limiters lol

Mine was all free so I am not complaining (long story). It has many advantages. less weight, extra header clearances. At these power levels aftermarket chassis headers are too small. Tuning of the front coil overs is just as important as adjusting the rears, and as I mentioned the larger oil pan without ground clearance issue.

Even on road courses, the stock based stuff still can be competitive. I do agree that suspension tuning can be easier with the aftermarket stuff.
By "Stock based" I mean still retaining the torsion bars but reinforcing everything, possibly using tubular UCAs, LCAs, etc.

Stock stuff here except for tie rods. Save the money for good shocks. You'll be way happier. Been 1.240 60ft on the stock front stuff. Car runs 145+

I run stock front suspension, torsion bars and all.
I have Calvert 90/10 front shocks.
CalTrac wants 5" of free travel on the front end with their complete setup in the Rear (Mono Leafs, Bars and CalTrac 9 way Adj RR shocks)
so I unscrewed the torsion bars and let the front end "sag"
When I put a floor jack under the K-Member and start jacking the car up, my front fender comes up a full 5" before the front tire lifts off the ground...walla...5" of free travel.
IT WORKS for me. Off the transbrake at 4000rpm the car pulls the front wheels about 15" up for about 20 feet out...cant complain about traction.

A body big block is a different animal though.

In the wagon all stock torsion bar set up. Next yr I will probably switch the kframe and arms to a QA1 set up. My brother loves it on his roadrunner.
The Cuda I'm installing a Gerst set up. Its not just for header clearance. Dont have to run the center link thru the pan, more adjustment, lighter weight and yes even more clearance for the headers. Those $800 headers run real tight on the starter and trans. Melted more than one trans blanket and burnt up a starter or two over the years.

Out of all of the myriad of choices, QA1 is likely going to be my choice for my front suspension when the time comes. I like their tubular stuff and their "Stage" packages although the price is the same if you piecemeal it together and that is possible because the parts work with other stock components. No performance requirements other than for it to work well in a straight line and to be less "vague" when I offer input via the steering wheel.
Added caster/camber adjustments beyond the tiny stock window is a big plus.

What tie rods you running
I run the Speedway adapters with heim joints on the outers, stock inners. The sleeve is a hybrid I fabbed. Stock inner welded to the speedway outer that was cut in half. This allowed the outer tie rod height to be adjusted for zero toe change thru the travel. To be honest is was pretty decent to start with.

Qa1 UCAs, LCAs, Qa1 double adj shocks and strut rods. I'm going to go ahead and order their K frame as well. May go ahead and upgrade the torsion bars while I'm down there.

Cutting up the stock K-frame isn't a big deal. You can get them Pretty light. The stock upper arms are light as well. As far as strut rods. You cut the ends off and throw them in the lathe. Then weld the OE ends to Moly tubing. While you're at it make the steering shaft from .750"x .090" tube as well.
