Same here, the sentiment here is.... don't look down on a 318. As a few did... many, many years ago.... where we street raced far, far away. I told anyone what I had up front... I could see the smirk on their face what they thought before we set up ( "stupid-*** kid with thrush mufflers thinks he's fast ?" ) . Which was wiped off after our run.

Mine has trick flows and a howards roller (coulda made a better cam choice..) it runs decent with 4.57s but isn't impressive.. barely have any miles on it yet though. will get it sorted. Bad thing is it's a '85 bottom end, all stock with unknown miles.. pistons .055 in the hole. Doesn't help. 9.4:1 but i can use cheap gas!

Have i mentioned how much better the LS is than any hemi generation lately? Lighter.. better parts.. easier to build.... more power per inch..... Yeah no red X!!!
