What is this connector that comes off the forward light harness right near the battery tray?

Side marker light? Fender mounted turn signals.. But you said charger not sure that was an option I think they are hood mounted. What color wires?

My hood mounted turn signals do have a bullet connector similar to that but mine is shorter, it sticks out of the harness closer to the firewall where it snakes up the inside of the hood near the cowl.

70 charger? I dont see that on my original harness. Could be a aftermarket harness?

I would think that the terminal would be in cars with the "Light group" option and maybe not in the cars not optioned with it?

I think its for fender mounted turn signals. JMO

Just looked on mine and nothing, color of wires?

Not for hood mounted turn signals as my 68 Charger has the cords come down through the hood and connect to the bulkhead.

My original wiring does not have this plug.

No 68-70 Chargers came with fender mounted turn signals. If anything, they were mounted in the hood.

I have the same Thing.
69 Satellite, its not the fender light as they are further along the loom, would like to know also

Hook up a test light and ground to the body and turn the signal on and see if it blinks with the turn signals.

It's not for the sidemarkers, those have a 2-prong connector like this, and all of my front park and sidemarker lights are accounted for.

It's the same bullet-type connector as the hood signal indicators but those are close to the firewall as KD said. This particular connector is 3/4 of the way towards the front of the car on the driver side fender. I probably could've provided more detail.

You could be right, it could be a spare connector for an option like that on other B-bodies...I honestly can't remember ever having anything plugged into it. Just noticing it now as I'm going through all my forward light harness connections, cleaning up the wire routing, soldering some missing connectors and taping up the wires more neat than the mess they were in previously.

Wrong side of engine bay. washer pump has 2 separate wires
Right, this connector is on the driver side. I have everything else sorted out with the forward light harness, horns and washer pump. This seems like an extra unused connector, from what I can tell.

If you can see the wire good enough see what color it is. Its very hard to see the wire colors in the picture. The only thing I can think of in the forward light harness that has a single pin connector is a fender mounted turn signal. But like I said you have a Charger and they would have been in the hood. If the wire color is black with a light green tracer they are definitely fender mounted turn signals. Sorry this is an edit: One side is black with a tan tracer the other is a black with a light green tracer.

I'll have a closer look. The wire bundle along the fender was painted black along with the engine bay 20+ years ago so I might have to try scraping some off, but a fender-mounted signal indicator sounds logical, from the connector type and location. I'm pretty sure my harness is original and it's more than likely Ma Mopar used the same harness for multiple B-Body models in 1970.

*Looks like* hood-mounted signal connector. There should be one for the passenger side too, unless it was done away with.
Best thing to do is trace the wire back to the bulkhead pin location and then find it in the front-end lighting wiring diagram from the FSM.

Or hook up a test light to it and turn on the signal... it either works or it don't.
