I have posted some info about were my car was bought in Georgia. The question is what is the cardboard card that I have pictured? If it is a certicard it sure does look different than the ones I have seen. Thanks. Also has anybody heard of this dealership? Any help with any the information. I have the guy who was the original owner. Thanks.

I think it is the tag that had fallen off the radio, i believe a model 251 is a thumb wheel style AM 8 track?
