I found a 1977 "fully machined 440 block, bored .30 over" according to the seller it have New Sealed Power flat-top pistons and rings. New main and rod bearings. 906 heads with new valves, hardened exhaust seats, rocker arms, and rocker shafts. 3 angle valve job.

New cam shaft, and timing set.

Engine has not been run since machining was done. Engine is mocked up without gaskets (provided) so you will have to install the gaskets and torque things to spec.

What should I look for and what is it worth?

it always seems really suspicious to me when I come across one of these "already machined, everything's bought, you just have to put it together engines" (seems like there's been a lot popping up lately)

I agree Seax440Dodge, some things just dont pass the smell test. I'm going to go talk to the guy tonight and see what kind of documentation he has.
