the main wire that comes from the starter relay that is the main hot for the fuse box just under the master cylinder. the oem had a fusible link in that wire. mine got cut off and just soldered together. i was wondering if i add a fusible link to that wire what amp should i go with. what the factory use or what do you guys recommend. thanks

I don't think anything bigger than what the factory had in there would be to wise of a decision. You want it to blow if there's a problem, otherwise keep an extinguisher handy.

Size the fuse to match the wire. #10 wire=30 amp, #12 wire=20 amp, #14 wire=15 amp. If you need more info, PM me. I'm an electrician.
