I dropped the steering column on my 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 and when it dropped down this little piece fell onto the floor and I am not sure where it came from or if it even belongs on the car. It is round T shaped with a T shaped rubber sleeve over it and a hole threw the middle can anyone help me out? Thanks, Alan

Looks like a windshield wiper motor grommet?

Aint big enough. Unless you mean the bolt insulators.

That's what I was thinking. One of the 3 that go through the motor housing and around the firewall studs.

Wiper motor mount.... there's a small grommet that fell out of my column shift linkage looks different... but that could be someone dropped it and it fell where the gasket seals the column.

Thanks guys at least I have some clues as what to look at.
