What's up fellers, well it has come time to replace wires. I want to know what would be a good precut kit to go with or should I run customs like I did before? I have a stock head 440 with hooker super comps and 1 7/8 primaries. I want some that are heat tolerance too! Thanks all.

Be sure to get the RED or PINK ones!
LOL

Most if not all have a very high heat tolerance.
At least good to 800 degrees Farienheit.

Get yourself a Sumitt Racing or Jegs catalog.

OR, shop online with either of these shops.

Also, (dont laugh), you can get good wire sets on J.C. Whitney.com
And Amazon.com.

PIC 1 is mother MOPAR for $34.94 through AMAZON (RETSTO)
PIC 2 is 2 is MSD 8.5mm $43.99 through AMAZON (Jegs performance)

I'm running Excel 300+ 8.8 race wires I've had really good luck with them

I'm using MSD Street Fire wires part #5531. Summit sells 'em for about $36. I'm running them on in my 64 Belvedere with a 440 and Headman headers. They fit pretty tight on the passenger side but I haven't had any problems and they look pretty good too.

To add to this I tested MSD, Taylor made, and Accel and found the MSD to have the lowest resistance value out of all 3. test done on 8 mm wires. I run the street fire good bang for the buck.
