What year did Chrysler stop using the black mopar screw in cap batteries in production vehicles?

Memories fuzzy but I think my 78 pickup had the black with caps battery and my 80 Cordoba didn't. Not totally sure though.

Seems like Chrysler Corp was'nt real big on engine compartment pix in their brochures, maybe ever.... Easier to find the engines pictured alone than in the cars, from a promotional standpoint.

I know the later 70`s mopar over the counter replacement batteries had the two longer caps. I was wondering how good the memories are of some of the old timers out there? I`m sure many chrysler mechanics from then spent a lot of time under the hood.
