The diesel oils used to have lots of zinc but even they have been cut back. Think in '07 is when most of the diesel oil when to CJ4 spec. Still better than other oils for gas cars. I run both Shell Rotella or Mobil Delvac, but still dump in some additive.

I keep it simple for street driving. Valvoline multi-weight oil off the self and a bottle of ZDDPlus additive to have more than enough protection.

I get mine at the local parts store. Think it's about 4oz bottle, dump the whole bottle in at oil change time.
