The ones that came with my Doug's headers are still working great:icon_thumright:
I also think it has more to do with the thickness of the flange and a true flat surface.I always use a good quality serrated lock washer as well because once they loosen up and start leaking it's all over.

I know for my collectors I'm having a V-band welded on, no more gaskets to worry about.
