I'm restoring the fenders on my 68 Coronet and I removed these cardboard-y strips that were clipped in. I need to replace these but don't know what they're called. I know there are folks here who know. Thanks!

Ya, the factory put those in to hold salt. Standard equipment here in Michigan!

The plastic shields ... they aren't reproduced for Plymouths. Maybe for Dodges - I assumed not.

I need to replace those on my '70 Charger as well. There's a metal part called the fender splash shield that seems to clip onto the firewall and inside rear of the fender with metal push-pins. Then there's the hard rubber fender shield gaskets that clip onto that. My metal splash shield on the passenger side is rusted out. I already bought the gaskets, they're the same for '68 to '70 Dodge B-Bodies; bought them from National Moparts in Ontario, Canada:

This is the gasket set for a '70 B-Body, not sure if it's the same for '68/'69 though:

I need the ones for the rear of the front wheel wells so thanks for that link also. Mine is a Plymouth, but Detroit Muscle Technologies has the part I need.
