What's your favorite handgun?

My favorite EDC is a S&W Model 60 .357 with a Big Dot front sight and Pachmayr Compac grips.

I really like a big dot sight for fast shooting. But not great for longer ranges.

Edit;
I know, most shootings are less than 7yards and only 3 shots, blah blah.

But there’s always the possibility that a longer range or precision shot may be required.

I have one in 32 magnum. Love it but I hate the loading process of SAA style revolvers.

I like 44 Mags but usually shoot reduced hand loads. If you have big hands or like like a lot weight to help with recoil, this is one solution. It’s a monster.

Everyone is comfortable with different handguns. Best thing to do is go to a range that will let you rent different semiautomatic weapons. I always wanted a Glock, but I am not comfortable with how they fit my hand. I am leaning towards a CZ shadow 2 or a Canik. The Canik is a lot for firearm for the money.
Lots to consider. Are you concealed carrying open carrying, or just shooting?
The weapon I carry on my ankle is different than the one I will carry in my jacket.

I'm heavy in 9mm guns. I have a reloader and a brass tumbler. I haven't used it in a long time. Will my gun powder be unstable?

Basically the same as powder stored inside a cartridge. You don't worry about rounds going bad if they are stored dry and protected from extreme temperatures.

My personal carry is a Kahr arms 9mm stainless which fits nicely in my pocket and carries 7+1 in the extended magazine. It gives my little finger a place to go and the weight helps to stay on target.

Michelle has a Canik. Very nice pistol, she loves it, but it's a full size and larger than I could carry daily. XD-S and Hellcat for me.

As noted, what's your purpose for the gun? Carry? Home defense? Target? Competition? Plinking on weekends? Show-off piece?

My Glock 17 fits my hands PERFECTLY
I have a Taurus PT99 it just doesnt fit my hands very well anymore( thus the Glock purchase last year )

And I have a Baretta Neos 22 heavy bull barrel for simple cheap target shooting

Wifes Glock 42 is REALLY nice for a pocket weapon

Yes my personal favorite is my Ruger Single Six. I have the blued version. Great shooting fun little gun. Bought mine in 1980.

How’s that Neos shoot? Mine is an early model and needed lots of feed modification and only shoots CCI ammo well

Ive gone thru a few different brands , neve ran issue on mine

But I love it .
Shoots amazing and dead accurate .

At 25-30 ft. My daughter can put all ten rounds in a 2-3 inch box
