The A-team with the opening narration by John Ashley, Miami Vice, and Sanford and Son jump to mind.

The 'Dukes' and the X-Files themes are right up there as well.

'Angela' by Bob James (Taxi) is another one I loved playing on the Fender Rhoades.

So many gooduns...but Then there's the Cheers theme. My daughter learned it on piano and because me and my bar/restaurant owner grandad loved to watch that show together in the 80s it brings a tear to my eye every time she plays it.
