Most all of them don’t oil. KimI believe some aftermarket lifters are not capable of pushrod oiling.

First u have to have the lifters that have the capability to oil thru the push rods. Most do not. I think the only ones are the Jeep lifters. So even if u have the oil thru p/r u won’t be oiling thru them. Do u understand where I’m coming from? And to answer ur question. U will loose about 10 lbs at idle. KimOK to clarify my question, don't plan on, or have interest in, switching over to exclusive oiling thru the pushrods in place of thru block to shaft stock oiling. Just looking at the more available inexpensive pushrods that have holes for applications such as 429 Ford that are in the length range of Chry LB.
Anybody have actual run experience of trying the pushrods with holes in a regular oiled hyd cam big block and know that there is, or is not, any significant effect on the system?
